I am in Houston, and am familiar with many institutions… I am in Houston, and am familiar with many institutions throughout the US. I also believe that Leadership has to subscribe to the initiatives and drive them for successful outcomes. What do you think are the critical components to the transformations? Explain. Also, the institution that I serve, here in Houston, has discontinued the use of Performance Excellent Teams where they had dedicated Black Belts working on Quality initiatives. As always, when money tanks and they want to cut expenses, that is seen as a luxury, and their data tanks. What have you seen in your institutions?
